Adelaide’s auction clearance rate was 76.2% from 116 properties sent to auction. The National clearance rate was 74% making it the highest clearance rate in 6 weeks.
Properties priced sub $650,000 experienced fantastic turnouts over the weekend. With the 4 bedroom 2 bathroom homes, on a good parcel of land still being the pick of the bunch and most sought after by Australian families.
Regional SA has experienced the greatest growth across the country over the past 12 months, experiencing dwelling growth of 8.8%, at the same time Metro SA has seen growth of 1%.
The share of investment properties available for sale rose to their highest levels since 2019, indicating that interest rate rises, and land tax increases are beginning to take their toll on landlords.
New home listings rose in Sydney & Melbourne, ahead of spring with owners trying to get ahead of the notoriously busy spring season.
