Adelaide had its busiest auction weekend ever with 299 properties going to auction, achieving a clearance rate of 78.7%.
It was more of the same across the country with Australia recording its busiest auction weekend on record with 4,261 properties scheduled to go under the hammer.
With 26 days till Christmas, and less listings on the market, it will be a busy and exciting finish to 2021, with prospective buyers looking to secure a property before the end of the year.
